This project is all about the process and acceptance of a transition. Transitioning and adjusting has been a constant in my life, and I wanted to convey the journey of realizing the steps needed for a smooth one. Moving on to a new section of life is difficult, but I found that it also allows you to appreciate the small moments as one realizes that it won't last for long. When I was younger, I thought that moving away pretty much meant severing all contact and connection with the people in my (now) past. Through many experiences, I learned that it was the complete opposite. No matter what, people are always connected and it's a small, fragile world. That's why I felt that this web represented the idea of transitioning - one would think that they are shifting away permanently. The web is always there, blurry, but omnipresent in its own way.
