“Girlhood" My 1st photo represents a photo of my mom and I when we were younger, and I chose this as the first photo because I think it shows how much I miss being that age and now as I get older, I'm surronded by so many expectations to be "pretty" and "smart" and "kind" but I think no one understands this as much as my mom. My mom has always been the person I talk to when I need to tell someone something or have something big going on. I think that this photo shows how I am surronded by her love and she's always with me no matter what I am going through. My favorite photo is between the picture of just my mom or of myself with the shining light/stone on the side I love the potrait of my mom because it's so raw and pure and you can see the warmness in my mom's face, even though she had a long day. I wanted to capture the moment of her in her scrubs because she isn't just a mom, she's a doctor, my best friend and my biggest supporter.
