My intentions for the project were to replicate the feeling of being with my friends, and friendship uniquely to me and about me. There are many different moments I value, and I want my work to emphasize that. More importantly, I'm trying to communicate wild girlhood while breaking rules.
The grid photo is my favorite image because it represents the key frames of my friend taking her wig off. It was apart of a larger joke about a guy, but to take this moment and transform it into a grid makes me happy because it tells a whimsical story, showcasing the fun that we have when we're able to express ourselves freely.
